Video diary 1- After filming comments

After we had completed the filming for our 2 minute opening Molly and I both decided to create some questions that I will be asked in the form of a video interview to represent our thoughts on the filming. My partner Molly filmed me and asked me the questions that we wanted to be answered. We created the questions together to make sure we could show the examiner our understanding of how well our filming went and what did not go entirely to plan. I found this fairly easy to answer the questions allowing every question to be answered in good detail and to express everything we wanted to make clear. We decided to do this instead of writing the interview because we agreed that this will be far more interesting for the examiner to see than an interview in the form of a transcript, this we felt would be boring. We also wanted the examiner to be able to see who we are, we felt it is important to use a video diary as it is first hand. For all we know if we used a transcript the examiner may think that we have copied a transcript from another blog. Also we want our emotions to be displayed, this cannot be done in a transcript. This interview was genuinely quite formal however when mentioning what we think of the filming process you could clearly see that I was happy with the filming.
